At Illuven, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly, safely, and affordably as possible. By placing an order through our store, you agree to the terms below.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: During high volume periods (e.g., holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Times & Methods

We offer standard worldwide shipping, with estimated delivery times as follows:

Australia 7–16 business days
Rest of World 10–20 business days

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on customs delays, weather, or logistical factors beyond our control.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping is free on most orders. Some products may carry a small shipping fee depending on the destination or item weight. Any charges will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the link provided or directly on our confirmation email after purchase.


5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your tracking number shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with your local carrier or neighbors. If your package is significantly delayed (over 30 business days), please contact us at hi@illuven.com for assistance.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Illuven is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes incurred on international shipments. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.


7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to the following countries due to local restrictions or unreliable delivery networks:

  • North Korea

  • Iran

  • Cuba

  • Syria

  • Sudan

If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
