3. Shipping Rates

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the link provided or directly on our confirmation email after purchase.
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your tracking number shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with your local carrier or neighbors. If your package is significantly delayed (over 30 business days), please contact us at hi@illuven.com for assistance.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Illuven is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes incurred on international shipments. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
